Overview - Operation

Initial Meeting

We travel all over the UK to meet with you to discuss our service and your needs. You can be assured that we will be honest with you in the initial meeting and beyond. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals – this is only achieved by satisfied customers who received what they were promised.

Jacaranda can fulfill group recruitment and individual needs.

Our aim is to understand your requirements and work in cooperation with you, in a way that suits you. We listen carefully and tailor our service accordingly. We can guide you through the process of European recruitment.

Vacancy Definition

We gather details of your vacancies, including job description, person specification, application form and remuneration. Let us know what level of experience would match the dynamics of your existing team/s and provide details of career opportunities and any other benefits.

An operational meeting provides an excellent forum for HR, service and Jacaranda staff to form a recruitment plan that we all work to, assuring a smooth process.

Candidate Sourcing and Pre-screening

We set about promoting your vacancies to candidates on bank and specific advertising. We will pre-screen the responses according to your specification and present you with a short-list of candidates for interview.

Interviews

Jacaranda advocates UK-based interviewing – it is our firm belief that candidates need to see the working environment and that this assists with good retention. We organize interviews together with you, including suggested itineraries. A Jacaranda representative is present for group interviews.

Administration

You issue us with conditional job offer letters (subject to satisfactory references, CRB check and any other recruitment checks) and we complete all recruitment checks on candidates offered posts. We assist candidates with general and specific queries, provide them with information on accepting a job in the UK and what has to be done in order to start work.

Deployment

Jacaranda agrees start dates with you and candidates. Following an intense period of support to candidates, you start to develop a direct relationship with your new employees.
Groups of candidates can often start simultaneously allowing for group induction. Individuals can start as and when they are cleared for work and ready to start.

Reviews

The process does not end here: Jacaranda offers post-placement review meetings with you and your staff hired via Jacaranda at no additional cost. Support is offered on an ongoing basis.
